The roof is still leaking.
The roses have not been pruned or coned. The grass did not get an end of year cut.
The kitchen is still undone - the lower wall was painting the weekend before Thanksgiving, but none of the baseboard or chair rail have been completed and the door trim still looks horrid.
The downstairs bathroom is unfinished - nothing has changed in several months.
The upstairs bathroom still has exposed lathe & plaster, plumbing, etc. If the pipes on the outside wall freeze, we are in trouble. It looks exactly the same as it did in May.
It snowed here yesterday.
Christmas is less than three weeks away.

Horaayy..there are 2 comment(s) for me so far ;)
Hope things start looking up! We just bought a white stucco 1916 foursquare in Arkansas– so we’re beginning the journey ourselves. We’ll be doing some painting before we move in.
If winter comes then spring can not be far behind. We purchased a 1913 4Square (Canadian version) about a year ago with the idea of turning it into a bed and breakfast and have nearly abandoned that idea because of all the work involved in bringing it up to standards. It is, however, a great old brick house and we are hanging in there. Good luck, Brent
