When I first joined the HouseBlogs webring, there was criteria imposed that something like 85% of your blog entries had to focus on home renovation issues. I don’t know if that still holds true or not, but we joined because, well, we weren’t doing much of anything but home reno anyway. But lately, I’ve been thinking that there must be something else to talk about…right?
I’ve seen quite a few blogs on HouseBlogs that weren’t so heavy on the home issues, but we are so firmly entrenched at the 1919 Four Square site, I decided to establish a new site.
Yep, this is it.
I’m hoping it will be a place to talk about other things besides demolition and reconstruction and shellac vs. urethane and splinters in your fanny. It’ll also give me a chance to play with some WordPress functionality we don’t have room for on the main site.
I’m also hoping to have the time and energy to post regularly.
