That’s a whole lot of washing
More spinning on the Matchless, we are getting used to each other. Well, that’s wrong, I’d say instead of me breaking her in, she’s breaking me.
She’s giving me more corkscrews than a winery.
Taking a half day off today, hopefully I’ll be able to get some chores done so I can go to the Sauder Village Quilt Fair tomorrow. On the other hand, if I see all those beautiful quilts, will I get bitten by the quilting bug again? I just recently packed up my quilt stash in favor of knitting. I just never had the big blocks of time or quiet to quilt.
Also on the schedule for this weekend:
- First till on the garden
- Cleaning up some of the winter debris around the rose bushes
- Start some of the vegetables from seed – lots to do before planting time
- Washing windows (oh boy!)
- Washing floors
- Washing dogs (yippee!)
- Cast on for a pair of toe up socks
That’s an ADD weekend.
